Grand Egyptian Museum: Exploring Egypt’s Incredible New Museum Located just outside Cairo near the famous Pyramids of Giza , the Grand Egyptian Museum is one of the most ambitious museum projects ever built. After years of planning and construction, the museum now offers visitors a stunning modern space dedicated entirely to the history of ancient Egypt.
